How do I know you're not a credit card processor trying to trick me?
We agree, credit card processors have no shortage of tricks. We aren’t a credit card processor and physically can’t process cards for you. You can ask to switch to us, but you can’t. We’re truly an independent processing auditor fighting on your behalf for lower fees from your current vendor.
How long do you take to get back to me after I upload my merchant statement for review?
It depends on the time of day, your time zone and how many other clients are in the queue. It could be as little as one hour or as much as 24 hours after sending.
Will you harm our relationship with our bank or credit card processor?
No. We are extremely polite, but firm. We are measured in our requests and don’t raises our voice to achieve our goal. Our industry knowledge generates the savings, so we don’t have to be aggressive with processors.
How much can I expect to save on my processing fees?
Our clients save anywhere from $200-$20,000 per month. As a percentage, we typically see 15-40% in fee reduction.
Why isn't my credit card processor doing this?
Their goal is to maximize the profit on your account. Our goal is to reduce their profit. Our goals are aligned with yours, not theirs.
